		<description>When I think of ginger snaps, I think of &quot;snap.&quot;  As in crunch.  So I can understand your disappointment that these weren&#039;t quite there.  They&#039;re lovely, though, and just the kind of cookie you&#039;d want to grab with a big glass of milk.  YUM.</description>
