		<description>I&#039;ve never heard of casatiello bread but it does look amazing. Those are beautiful loaves... I love how tall they are! This sounds like it would maybe make a good French toast bread?</description>

		<description>Your loaves rose beautifully.  Would have loved to see inside too.  Sometimes I wish I didn&#039;t have a kitchen aid mixer so that I would be forced to knead by hand.  I think you will learn way more by hand kneading.  You will definately have a better feel as to when dough is &quot;right&quot; than those of us who rely on machines.</description>
